Hi all, I hope you’re all doing well.

I think I’ve had Risen Warrior Woman now for just over a year and I have absolutely loved every moment of it. I’ve enjoyed sharing my knowledge with you on how to live a more positive life, all the wonders of the Law of Attraction but it’s also been a great place for me to share my thoughts and feelings with you all.

Times change which means, life changes too and I would like to announce to you all today that Risen Warrior Woman will now be known as Anna-Marie Law of Attraction Life Coach. Over the next month or so, I will be working hard to redesign Risen Warrior Woman into Anna-Marie Coach so please bear with me while the changes take place.

The redesign of this website will be all about Law of Attraction Life Coaching as I step into the coaching world and what I can do for you. I will continue to post my blogs as part of my coaching journey and I very much intend to keep my Risen Warrior Woman posts. I hope with all of my heart that you will welcome this change and enjoy my new journey with me.

My calling/my purpose has always been about helping others, I’ve tried many ways to help others and Coaching seems to be the path that is being laid out for me at the moment, and a new chapter that I embrace and open my arms to.

So What Can You Expect?

Well, over the past year, I’ve been learning and studying the Law of Attraction, I have been practising the Law of Attraction to the best of my potential and I will continue to do so for the rest of my life. It’s so fascinating and amazing to see the universe work in such mysterious ways and to receive its wonderful blessings in my life. As a result, I have also been studying for my coaching qualifications and I have achieved two Law of Attraction Life Coaching certifications so I am fully equipped for this new chapter ahead to help others reach their maximum potential by working with the Law of Attraction. I can’t wait. Anna-Marie LoA LifeCoach website will be a place for you to get in touch with me should you require Coaching services, I will continue to post my blogs and they will be the same as before, just everything now under one name that matches my purpose. We are all Risen Warriors, life has taught us to be and we will always continue to be Risen Warriors. I feel a little sad to say goodbye to Risen Warrior Woman but we have to change things in order to move forward onto bigger and better things.

💫 10 Positive Affirmations To Get You Through The Day 💫

Positive affirmations are a great way to boost your mood; to make you feel happier and be more grateful for everything in your life, which raises your vibrational sequence and your frequency with the universe.

This morning, I had a small bout of sadness wash over me with some anxiety; to be honest, we are only human and feeling sad doesn’t remove any of the hard work you have done in your Law of Attraction journey (WE ARE ONLY HUMAN). However, remaining in a negative state (you can actually change it and have control over) can lower your frequency. It’s good to feel the feels but now I’m learning to feel them, acknowledge them and then release them. Thoughts create feelings and my bout of sadness lasted about 10 minutes until I started reading my positive affirmations out loud and rewrote them again. I am prone to anxiety, however, I’m learning to control my emotions by realising that sometimes if not at most times, feelings and anxieties are not facts. Your mind is a mystery and can create stories that are not true!

Consciously, I try to practice my positive affirmations on a daily basis, multiple times a day:

– When I wake up, I am practicing saying ‘Thank You’ and ‘Today is a great day.’
– Once I’ve set myself up for the day, I read aloud my positive affirmations and I write them down in the morning.
– Around lunchtime, I read aloud my affirmations.
– Come the evening, I’m reading my affirmations again before bed.

It’s making me feel better so far and I’d like to share with you my favourite positive affirmations that get me through the day:

Any affirmations that you do on a daily basis, allow it to become a habit and you are rewiring and reprogramming your brain. You see, it is so easy to be negative and as we were born into a world where growing up you were told that things were too expensive, or you can’t have that or this – it creates a thought in your head that you have to struggle to get what you want or you’re not deserving of it. This is not the case & is not the truth!

By reprogramming your brain into a positive state, your wellbeing, your life and especially your mental health will dramatically improve. Don’t forget, it takes 21 days to form a habit, so make a good decision today to better your life in all areas. Take this as a challenge for the next 30 days & watch your life transform – you plant seeds every time you say a positive affirmation.

Well, hello there Risen Warriors ❤️ 🔥  

You’ve obviously stepped onto my page for good reason and I’m so glad that you’re here 😊

Do you see yourself as a Risen Warrior Woman or do you want to become one? We are all warriors! Maybe you’re looking to step up your game in life to be a better version of you and honour your inner Goddess. Being pushed and pulled through the mills of life, sometimes we need to take matters into our own hands and take back control, level up, level out, gain new strength, and rebalance your inner being. 

This is my first blog post on here so what I thought I’d do here is to introduce myself to you, explain the purpose of my blog, what it can offer you, why I have decided to blog about how I’ve overcome serious life events and what you should expect and so forth. So, without further-ado, let’s get to it… 

My name is Anna and I’m a 37-year-old Risen Warrior Woman based in London, UK. I’m an IT Administrator by day and a bit of everything else the rest of the time 😊 The idea of starting a blog about my life experiences and how I can help others came to me as an epiphany some years ago. I started and stopped a few blogs already but for me there was something that was not clicking, something was missing – maybe it wasn’t the right time, who knows the reasons why things happen. I often have the idea of writing a book but starting a blog is the right course of action for now.

Anyway, now it is the right time to embark on this journey of sharing life experiences, my learning curves, my survival tools that I’ve picked up along the way to help myself recover from trauma, upsets, imbalances and anxieties. My tools for survival are fun & upbeat and have helped me tremendously and there is no need for a doctor’s appointment 😉

No one wants to be stuck in a never-ending cycle, we must do something about that if we ever find ourselves falling into a rut. It’s no good for our soul, our minds, our bodies or spirit if they become uneven – they are all connected. We must fight the good fight in order to achieve an equal balance as much as possible between these 4 precious elements 🧘‍♀️

Ideally, I want to motivate you and show you that there is hope no matter what part of the journey you’re on, what you’re facing or where you’re at – why start later when you can start now? It’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel sometimes, especially when you’re in a tough situation but with hope, faith and motivation, we can push ourselves to be the best we can be and realise our worth and appreciate what we currently have.

I want this blog to be as interactive as possible where we can help each other so please feel free to comment with your ideas or maybe you’ve incorporated one of my tools of survival into your life, I’d love to hear how it has perhaps benefited you. Your ideas are just as important, and I am sure we can work together to ultimately create an even balance within our elements and rise up!

🌺 New Possibilities Are Waiting For You 🌺

Life has infinite possibilities. Unfortunately, most of us believe that we don’t have many options available to us. It can be challenging to change the momentum of our life, but there are so many possibilities available to us all at any moment.

These possibilities won’t just happen on their own. It’s necessary to hold up your end of the bargain, and that means stepping outside of your comfort zone.

Can you do that? Sure, you can!


  1. Create a compelling future.
    A new objective is a great way to move your life in a new direction and create new possibilities. View your life as sacred and give yourself a future that’s worthy of your attention and effort. Create a vision of the future that creates enthusiasm.

    ❤️ What kind of life do you want to live?
    ❤️ Who are you?
  2. Talk to new people.
    Each new person in your life has the potential to change your life. You never know who will offer you a job, become your best friend, become your partner, introduce you to other amazing people, or teach you something you never knew.
  3. Take a trip.
    Get away from home. Ideally, get out of the country. Different countries and cultures have a different way of doing things. You might gain some insight into a way of life that would work better for you. People that travel a lot have a wisdom that homebodies lack.
  4. Establish new habits and routines that create potential.
    Think of all the things you could start doing that could change your life.
    ❤️ Eat a healthier diet and exercise. You’ll feel better and likely lose weight if that is your goal. You might decide that running a marathon isn’t out the question. You might gain the confidence needed to do other things.
    ❤️ Write in a journal each day.. Yes each one of my posts stresses this activity because you get to learn more about yourself and can apply those insights to your life.
    ❤️ Do something that is fun and exciting and maybe new to you. It might become a regular hobby for you.
  5. Remove limiting beliefs.
    We all believe things that aren’t true that limit us. Think about the things you’d like to do or experience but believe are out of reach. How did you come to that conclusion? How do you know that belief is true? What are the negative beliefs you have about yousrelf? How do you know those aren’t true?
  6. Educate yourself. When you know more, you can do more.
    What do you want to know more about? Look at your interests and learn more about those subjects. Maybe you want to learn a new language or how to paint. Maybe you want to learn how you can grow your business. Knowledge is power.
  7. Try new things.
    You never know for certain if you’ll like something until you try it. Something you thought would just be “ok” might turn out to be the best thing you’ve ever done.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Becoming The Focuser 🙋🏻‍♀️

The course that I am currently studying (Certification in the Law of Attraction), talks about the subject of Focus and prior to learning a bit more about Focus, I’ve never really thought about it. Obviously, I know it exists and in the Law of Attraction it does state that, “Energy goes where focus flows”, but I’ve come to the realisation that I’ve never actually been a deliberate focuser.

Well from this day forward, that’s what I intend to be, a DELIBERATE FOCUSER. We are wired to focus but these days there is so much going around us, aka distractions that we tend to lose focus and thus not focusing on what we want.

Develop & Maintain Your Focus

  1. Focus always flows. It does. It’s a fact. Whenever you think, you’re focusing so I think it’s important to ensure that we are deliberately focusing because again that focus manifests into your emotional state. Focus on the bad, you aren’t going to feel so good so focus on the good 😊
  2. Things that we cannot see has a wavelength and a vibration of some kind.
  3. By focusing on what you want, you can continue to tune into your vibration and increase it. Deliberately vibrate upwards so that you can focus on what you want to focus on. Focus on your dreams, focus on your desires and focus on being the best version of yourself.
  4. Did you know that your INNER COMPASS (aka, gut) tells you where you’re heading in? If you’re not feeling good or something doesn’t feel right, then you’re not heading in the right direction. Feeling happy, light and free is everyone’s mission in life.
  5. When you focus on something, momentum builds and energy starts to form. So if you want to start a new project, if you want to improve your relationships or if you want to improve yourself then start to focusing on that. Focus on the positive aspects of your whole self, focus on the positive aspects of your relationships and start working on your projects. The right time to ACT is NOW.
  6. Focus is like a thought -it always flows and it has a frequency.
  7. If you discipline yourself to focus deliberately, your inner and outer world will change. You’ll start seeing opportunities because your’e looking for the good. When you look for something, you will FIND it.
  8. Keep focusing on what you want until it gathers enough momentum so that it becomes a natural habit for you.

What are you focusing on today? For me, I’m focusing on my vision to become a Law of Attraction Life Coach. I have the right tools, the experience (through helping others and my own life experiences and events) plus I enjoy helping others. ❤️

Back to Basics: What is the Law of Attraction?

Simply put, the Law of Attraction is a belief system that we attract what we focus on, for example, if we choose to focus on the positive side of life and think positive thoughts then we will attract more positive experiences/events/moods. The same would apply if we were focusing on the negative aspects of life and thus, attracting more negativity leading to a life of worry, overthinking and anxiety. Think of ourselves as magnets, and the saying ‘like attracts like’ is very apt for the description of the Law of Attraction. 

The Law of Attraction is an energy that flows through us and around us and it is always working whether we know this or not. Wherever our focus is, we manifest physically into our lives. To work with the Law of Attraction, we need to put ourselves in the right vibration so that our life dreams, passions and desires can be fulfilled.  

To get vibin’ with the Law of Attraction, we need to be consciously be grateful for the present, be in an attitude of gratitude and be thankful for what we currently have in our lives. Gratitude is one of the main powers behind the Law of Attraction and it is the very core element to help us allow the Law of Attraction to work with us and not against us. Not only does practicing gratitude consciously make us feel great, but it is also a superpower that we have which allows us to invoke the Law of Attraction into our lives by activating this energy around us. It is no doubt that we should always be grateful and by practicing gratitude with feeling, we are raising our vibration aligning us with our desires.

Thoughts create feelings and therefore your thoughts dictate your feelings. Feelings are what manifest from your thoughts which then turn into an action. So, wherever your focus is, you’re allowing that thought to gain momentum and energy which is then manifested into your feelings.

The Law of Attraction doesn’t understand timing, size or speech but it does understand our feelings and our thoughts, so whatever feeling it is that we’re projecting out into the universe, that is what we’ll get more of. We humans tend to focus on what we don’t want rather than what we do want; by focusing on what we don’t want, the universe sees that we’re focusing on that consistently giving you more of what your focusing on.

Feelings are energy created by thoughts so if we can practice more gratitude which creates good feelings, then we are vibrating on the right frequency. For example, if I say, “I don’t want to be poor anymore”, the universe is going to react based on my feelings of lack. If I say or think these thoughts, I’m not going to be saying it with happy feelings, I will be saying it with a depressive attitude, displaying an attitude of LACK – given the context of that sentence/thought/feeling. The next time you have a not so nice thought, you can try to think of 3 positive things in your life and instantaneously, this will make you feel a whole load better. This will change your focus, your attitude and your feelings so that you can then attract being able to afford more in life, if that is your goal/desire!

Be in an attitude of gratitude. Be open in heart, mind, ears and eyes. See things in a new perspective. Allow good feelings to flow through you and create your happy emotions with your feelings. It is possible, just try and you won’t regret it.

🌺 10 Proven Ways to FEEL GOOD NOW 🌺

Simply put, your vibration is your emotions, it’s your emotional state. They say if you’re feeling negative, depressed, stressed or you’re simply overthinking, that means you are vibrating a low frequency. If you’re feeling happy, light, free, good, then you’re vibrating at a higher level. That’s all it is. We are human and we are bound to feel down sometimes but we can quickly change our focus through a few, proven and effective tools that can be incorporated into our day to day lives.

If we can catch our low vibration early on, we can work to being happier consistently and persistently and spend less time in that low vibration. Sounds appealing, right? Here are some simple tools that you can do every day to allow to move to a happier, lighter and positive life.

  1. Exercise. It is proven that exercise releases a chemical in the brain and this is called Endorphins. Notice that when you exercise, you feel happier, more energetic, that’s thanks to this chemical. Here is a note from WebMD: “When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine.”
  2. Consciously and persistently practice gratitude. Thinking about all the things in your life, whether they’re big or small will immediately put a smile on your face. There is also a special energy that takes place when you put a pen in your hand and write what you’re grateful for. You thoughts literally come out of your pen into your piece of paper. Your thought energy is being generated into the 3D/physical form at this point. Be deliberate in your gratitude.
  3. Allow and let go. Instead of sometimes forcefully trying to obtain things when there is a bit of resistance within you can do more damage. Life shouldn’t be forced, it should be a journey that you enjoy and it should feel light. If it doesn’t feel light, let it go and concentrate on something you enjoy. It will come easier to you.
  4. Meditate. I try to meditate for at-least 5 minutes everyday. This grounds you, centres yourself, it releases any blocks within you that you may have and it improves on working on making your energy good, light and positive.
  5. Do Yoga. This for me a form of physical meditation, not only are you doing amazing wonders for your body which includes deep stretching of every muscle, it also helps make you feel lighter, calmer and happy. That’s a vibration increase right there.
  6. Go for a walk in nature. Every single human on this planet needs in this in their life. At least once a day, take a walk in your local park, breathe in fresh air, put your headphones in and listen to a walking meditation session on Youtube/Spotify. How appreciative will you feel after that?
  7. Give to others. It doesn’t have to be money, someone may need you to listen to them, give them advice or do give to charity.
  8. Develop a solution based attitude. This is very good for developing skills of doing, rather than accepting and not getting what you want. It’s very good form of self development. If something isn’t working for you and it’s getting you down, instead of giving up, think, how can I do this? In what way can I break this down to make it more easier for me to get/achieve? When you approach life in this way, you’ll be a very different person.
  9. Journal. Ok so this can also come under as Gratitude but when journalling, explain your day as how you want things to happen or how you wanted it to turn out. Forget about the 3D for a moment. Use the power of your mind to write down your ideal day. This is also a manifestation tool but can be used to raise your vibration. As you get into the groove of this activity, it will soon put a smile on your face. So for example, if you had a stressful day at work, you can flip the script and rewrite it to say, “I had such a great day at work, everything was smooth, I was very productive and completed all of my tasks.” The aim here is to make you feel good which results in a higher vibration.
  10. Eat healthy food. You are what you eat so if you’re eating junk food, highly processed food then this isn’t going to make you feel good physically and will soon manifest into your emotional state. If your plate is colourful and full of lovely in season veg and fruits, then you’re absorbing all the wonders of nature in your body which obviously in turn will make you feel pretty awesome.

❤️ A Simple Guide to Keeping a Journal ❤️

Journaling is an excellent way to record your life and track your progress. Think about how interesting it would be to read your current entries 10 or even 50 years from now. You might even want to give your journals to your children someday. Begin your journal life today because as the saying goes, life worth living is a life worth recording!

Keeping a journal is a wonderful activity for your personal growth. It forces you to reflect on your life regularly. It becomes more obvious where your challenges lie when you have to put your experiences down on paper.

It can also serve as a great way to record your life and see how you’ve grown over the years. You might be surprised three years from now when you look back on today.

It can be tough to get started: what do you write about? Should you use a notebook, tablet, computer or something fancy like a leather-bound journal? The below tips can help you get started in your journal story:

  1. Choose your medium. It really doesn’t matter where you record your life; all have their advantages and disadvantages. Just choose something that works for you.
  • Notebooks do tend to be a better choice. Many of us spend all day typing away on our computers. Journaling in a notebook gives you a chance to manually write something. It seems more sacred to write with our own hand. Computers can also be distracting; you might sit down to do your journaling and end up surfing the Internet.
  • Keep it short. Of course, you can write as much as you want. But if you keep it short, you’ll be a lot more likely to do it regularly. Even just a few bullet points can be enough to capture the essence of what happened in your day.
  • Set a schedule. If you use a notebook, keep it by your bed or the coffee pot; that way you won’t miss it. Set a reminder on your computer. It makes more sense to do it at the end of the day as you reflect on your day, but any time is better than never. Choose a time and stick to it.
  • Never miss more than one day. Things come up, and it’s easy to miss a day here and there. If you miss more than one day in a row, you might wind up missing five days before you know it. Be consistent. It can be difficult to go back and fill in the blanks at a later date.
  • If you do forget and skip a couple of days, rely on your records. You can look back at your calendar or planner and your emails to jog your memory about how the days were spent.
  • Track your progress toward your goals. List the things that are most relevant to you at the time. For example, if you’re trying to lose weight, mention related victories, missteps, and your weight fluctuations. If you’re trying to earn an extra £1,000 this month, keep a running tally of your progress.
  • Keep your journal private and secure. If you believe that someone else might see it, you might be hesitant to be completely open when writing in it. This is one area that computers really shine; with a decent password, it would take the CIA to get into your journal. A simple locked drawer can work well, too.

Before you know it, you’ll have a shelf full of your journal entries. Consider that writing just half of a page each day would be over 3,000 pages in 10 years!

🙋🏻‍♀️ 3-6-9 Manifestation Method Challenge 🙋🏻‍♀️

As you may have noticed, I love manifestations and I love to use different ways to manifest my desires. Each method I have carried so far has worked and this gives me more confidence every time I start a new challenge. So, for the next 9 days I am going to be taking part in the 3-6-9 manifestation method.

The 3-6-9 method was invented by Nikola Tesla (we all know who he is and how successful he became) and he knew the secret to the universe. He said:

If you knew the magnificence of 3 6 and 9, you would have a key to the universe.

I have discovered two different ways on how to carry out this method. The first method I’ve already tried below earlier this year, and it worked (I was new to deliberate manifesting, so it took a bit longer but it happened eventually). Now that I’m more experienced with achieving my desires, I am confidently going forth with the 2nd method. Here are the two methods below.

Note: you must come up with affirmations or scour the internet to find the one best suited to your intentions/desires to achieve your manifestation. Your intention/desire can be anything you wish, from relationships, finances, to happiness. Your life, your choice!

Method 1

  1. Choose your affirmation. Remember it has to be in harmony with your intentions and should ideally start with ‘I AM’.
  2. Write your affirmation down 3 times in the morning.
  3. Write your affirmation down 6 times in the afternoon.
  4. Write your affirmation down 9 times in the evening.
  5. Do this for 33 days (3 x 3 = 9 or 3+3 = 6)
  6. Detach and let go.

If you don’t have much patience, go onto Method 2 but in order to manifest, you must have patience so try method 1 first and see what happens.

Method 2

This method I got from Robert Zink (well known Energy Healer), he posted an Instagram video on describing this method and I just came across it today:

  1. Write/pick 3 affirmations. Each affirmation should be related to the other and should ideally start with ‘I AM”. Each affirmation should be in harmony with your intentions.
  2. Say these affirmations 6 times a day. For example, 2 x morning, 2 x midday, 2 x evening.
  3. Do this for 9 days.
  4. Detach and let go.

Note, put a reminder or alarm on your phone so that you remember to say/write your affirmations.

10 Ways to Set Personal Boundaries

What are Personal Boundaries?

According to uhs.berkeley.edu, “boundaries are the personal limits and rules that we set ourselves within relationships. A person with healthy boundaries can say “no” to others when they want to, but they are also comfortable opening themselves up to intimacy and close relationships.”

So why is it so hard to set up personal boundaries? We as humans can find it so hard to say no to others when in reality we say yes when we don’t want to and we find it hard to hold back on information that is personal to you yet asked by others. However, by not setting personal boundaries, you might be thinking your kind hearted because you’re always saying yes or you don’t want to feel rude by holding back any information that has been asked for that is personal to you – this is known as self-disrespect. In other words, you’re disrespecting yourself.

10 Ways to Set Personal Boundaries

There are however, many tactics and simple ways you can apply personal boundaries so that you can start to base your real relationships with others and most importantly with yourself. I’m still learning this area of my life but it’s going in the right direction so far. It takes time so be patient with yourself if you’re at this stage in life. We need to stop having the need to people please and having a lack of boundaries does just that.

  1. Make your expectations clear to that person so that the behaviour between you and others are accepted and maintained.
  2. Do not give out too much personal information as this creates questions, feedback and possibly some sort of criticism.
  3. Practice saying no. It doesn’t have to be a straight up no. For example, if someone asks you a personal question that you do not wish to answer, just say – “I’d rather not speak about that, let’s change the subject”. Or, if someone wants to call for a catch up but you’re not in mood and find it hard to say no, then say something along the lines of “I’m a bit busy at the moment, let’s arrange for another time”.
  4. Keep it consistent. You know that the less you reveal, the more interesting you become to others so do expect some more questions coming your way. This is a good chance and way to keep your boundaries set up and consistent and with time it will get easier to say no.
  5. Take some personal time for yourself. By giving yourself some time, you’re actually enabling personal boundaries because you’ve given yourself time to do things your way, happily with no interruption. Whether that be on the sofa and relaxing or getting on with some of your projects this helps a great deal.
  6. Switch off your phone. Another great way to set boundaries and again this links to the point above, taking time for yourself, getting things done and just generally having some peace and quiet.
  7. Beware of social media. You can deactivate it, you can delete the apps from your phone or just not log in. You can also allow yourself a specific amount of time a day that you allow yourself on these platforms. Social media is also a place where you can overshare your personal life. This isn’t needed. Keep private.
  8. Take control of your own life. This actually is all the points above. Taking control over your own life will give you the power and need to set healthy boundaries between yourself and others.
  9. Tell them if they have overstepped your boundaries otherwise this can lead to resentment and feeling annoyed more-so on your part so tell them.
  10. If the above fails – ignore them. When I say ignore, I mean ignore those that are not respecting your boundaries. You’re creating respect for yourself and others when setting healthy boundaries so if someone keeps overstepping your mark after you’ve kindly communicated your expectations, then sadly, they’re not respecting you.


Be assertive. Stop caring what others think. Beat your guilt. Stop being a pushover.

Remember, that no matter your mindset at the moment, this can be changed – positive affirmations allow for a positive shifts in your mindset, to regain willpower and self discipline and to push you onto towards your goal.
