💫 My Favourite Law of Attraction Activities 💫

Let’s face it, doing activities can be fun, and it’s even more fun when these activities support your goals and aspirations.

For me, I love to practice daily Law of Attraction activities as no matter what challenges I might be facing throughout the day, these activities tend to recenter myself and it allows my vibration to align – I actually feel my vibration rising. Your vibration in my definition is what you feel. If you’re feeling down, that’s your vibration, if you’re feeling happy, that’s your vibration – it is your mood that you’re sending out to the universe.

With that said, here are my favourite Law of Attraction activities that I do on a daily basis. I have goals and aspirations and the Law of Attraction allows me to focus more on what I want. Every time I do these activities, I feel one step closer to my goals and dreams, and I feel like I get downloads into my brain with inspired opportunities that come in the form of ideas that enable me to take action. It’s a great feeling.

Anyway, enough chit chat, here we go:

Positive Affirmations

They are fun, empowering and you can make up your own to suit your own goals/dream life. Positive affirmations normally start off with “I am” – which means that you are stating to yourself and the Universe that there is no doubt that you are. So, saying “I am worthy of all good things” multiple times a day will not only boost your vibration with the universe but you start to feel so empowered. It’s like computer programming, but for your brain instead – to say it multiple times a day until you believe it. That’s the purpose.

Gratitude (Present, Past, Future)

I first discovered this technique earlier this year from the book “The Last Law of Attraction Book You’ll Ever Need”, I became addicted to this technique and I’ve been doing every day ever since. This gratitude technique includes practicing gratitude for your present life, your past and your future life. Practicing gratitude for the future tells the universe that you already have it (the universe doesn’t know that) but by focusing on it, you align yourself with the universe and it will be given. The same for the Present and Past. We’ve all got things to be grateful for, even if you can’t see it. If you can’t see it, then I recommend that you do this technique as it will force you to think of things you’re grateful for. An example of this technique is below:

Present: “I am so incredibly grateful for my morning walk”
Past: “Thank you so much for the lovely day I spent with my friends yesterday.”
Future: “I am so incredibly happy now that I am financially free and stable”.

You see, it doesn’t have to be so deep, being grateful for the most littlest things in life will allow you to attract more than you could ever imagine. Do this for 30 days and come back and tell me how your life, mindset, attitude as changed. You’ll be surprised.

Listening to Motivational Speakers

Tony Robbins is my favourite, he’s so full of life, so empowering and so confident, yet so humble. Listening to these motivational speakers will make you feel that you are unstoppable and that itself is proof that your vibration is getting aligned with your desires which means that you can easily attract them more into your life. There is always something to learn from motivational speakers, they are well trained and they know the language that we need to hear. They help us think of the glass half full rather than half empty, making you have a different perspective on life or experiences that have or are happening. Remember, when things happen in your life, they are happening for you, not to you. Acknowledging this, means you’re one step ahead of the game.

Letting Go and Having Fun

After I’ve done my morning routine (sometimes they are afternoon or evening), but I deliberately forget I’ve done this and I carry on with my day. Letting go of what you want doesn’t mean completely forgetting about your goals and aspirations; it means that you have so much trust in the universe that it will deliver your goals and aspirations WITHOUT A DOUBT. This without a doubt means not worrying about how it’s going to happen or any other limiting beliefs that you may have, it’s about having UNWAVERING FAITH that you will get what you know you are worthy of. Have fun, let go – be the super attractor.


This technique is so much fun, I write (script) what I want to happen in my life. You become the designer of your life AND, the power of pen to paper is immense. Give it a try. Write down how you want your life to be as this helps you visualise what you want. It’s a lot of fun. I don’t do this daily, I probably do this about twice a week when time allows it.

Gratitude Blitz

This is my ultimate favourite technique and you’ll be amazed at what you’re grateful for. Again, I discovered this when reading the book ‘The Last Law of Attraction Book You’ll Ever Need”, and as per the first point above, I’ve been doing it daily ever since. Here is an example of me using this technique:

Morning Gratitude Blitz 😊 ❤️
*happiness *love and romance *living in my new home *weight loss *my health and fitness journey *my romantic relationship *living the life I love *new opportunities daily *my morning coffee *fresh laundry *going for a morning walk *killing it at the gym everyday *my hearty breakfast *my positive, mental attitude *living with my partner *a clean and tidy home *being safe and secure *food on the table *money in my account *making smart food choices *my peace *love and happiness* *my job *my regular income *my lovely plant in the living room *hearing the birds first thing this morning.

These are just examples of things I blitz out every morning of what I am grateful for. I could go on and on because when you start being grateful, you’ll find more to be grateful for.

In order to attract your desires in life, the first, most important step is to practice gratitude. If you’re not grateful for what you currently have, then you’ll have a hard time getting what you want which means you’ll never be happy.
