☀️ Hello August | Positive Thoughts | Goals and Intentions ☀️

So we’ve entered a new month and of course, I have new positive affirmations, goals and intentions for this month. I like to set small goals each month as this helps me to reach and achieve my bigger goals. When I cut my goals into smaller chunks, it’s a lot easier to achieve that big goal that I have in mind.

Personally, I love the month of August, it’s a month for me where we are sort of inbetween, we are more than half way through the year now and wow, this year has flown by. It is without a doubt, the fastest year in my life, so much has happened and I couldn’t be happier if I’m honest. My life has changed in ways that I didn’t think it would and I am blessed and grateful for every single thing in my life. I’m going to be straight up and honest though – the reasons why I’m experiencing positive changes is down to my mindset, it’s down to my thinking, it’s down to knowing that I deserve love and happiness, it’s down to knowing that I can achieve anything I put my mind too. If I felt the opposite, then the opposite would be happening and I’d very unhappy.

As the Law of Attraction states, like for like, you attract what you think about the most and so I started this year off with a positive mindset and 8 months later, I’m still going, I’m where I want to be so I’m doing something right. I’m on a great journey and I am experiencing so much joy. I feel that this year, I’ve grown so much, my reaction to things is completely different to how I used to react, and I’m now at a point where I am controlling my vibration – so happy days 😊 The point I am at in life is that I actually don’t care what anyone else thinks about me, of me, or my choices because this is me and these are my choices and this is my LIFE! So people can make a comment, make a judgement (yes I do notice) but this tells me that their little comments, their undercover judgements is just a projection of their own unhappiness. I’m good so think whatever you like, I’m happy.

Anyway, before I share with you my goals/intentions and my positive affirmations for this month, I’d like to share with you a passage from The Secret book (everyday, I flip to a random page as I know then this is the message for me for that day) that I’d like to share with you ✨

The law of attraction is a law of nature. It is as impartial and impersonal as the law of gravity is. It is precise, and it is exact.

Positive Affirmations for the Month of August

  1. My potential to succeed is infinite
  2. Today, I am brimming with energy and overflowing with joy.
  3. I am full of vitality. My confidence, positive attitude and self belief are my best assets.
  4. I am attracting daily abundance.
  5. I am complete and I celebrate my fitness
  6. I am slim, fit, toned and healthy.
  7. I don’t chase, I attract – what belongs to me will simply find me.
  8. Money flows to me easily and effortlessly.
  9. I welcome love and romance into my life (ya gotta keep maintaining it if you want to keep it in your life).
  10. I radiate beauty, charm and grace.

Goals & Intentions for the Month of August

  1. Keep attending the gym 5-6 days per week.
  2. Walk an additional 30 minutes each day.
  3. Less sugar and fat, more whole foods.
  4. Drop another 10 pounds in weight.
  5. Yoga
  6. Keeping the Law of Attraction and daily Gratitude
  7. Smile and be happy
  8. Get consistent sales in my online giftshop.
  9. Positive affirmations everyday.
  10. Become physically fitter.

I wrote this list last night and I started getting sales this morning 🎉 🎊 Setting these goals and intentions helps me to lose the weight that I want to lose, allows my business become a huge success and eventually take me away from my 9-5 job, become physically fitter and healthier and this list actually shows what my big goals actually are – I am sure that you can work them out 🙂 I have more but they are private.
